Artichokes with ham

Ingredients. 4 serves

  • 1 kg. artichoke
  • 2 thick slices of ham
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 carrots
  • Oil
  • Salt 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1 lemon

Preparation

This dish is considered as a starter, easy and ready in about 15 minutes.

Boil the artichokes for fifteen minutes in water with salt and a squeeze of lemon.
Drain and set aside.
Then, put oil in a pan, heat and add the chopped onion, garlic, carrot, peeled and fry.
Then, we incorporate the diced ham.
Finally, we added the artichokes, half a glass of white wine, half water. Salt to taste and bring to simmer about 5 minutes.
