Ham with melon

  • parsley


First of all you have to put the melon in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
At the end of this time, peel and cut the melon into thin slices, taking care to remove the seeds perfectly.
Cut some thin slices of ham and place on slices of melon on a plate. A slice of ham on each slice of melon.
Just like that, is delicious.

It may present with melon slices, or cut into cubes rolled with ham and united around with a stick.

Cook eggs until firm, let them cool, peel and cut into slices as thinly as possible.
Roll up the slices of ham.
