Recipe 1

Ingredients 4 serves

  • 400 g cured Iberian Ham
  • 16 slices thin bread and toast
  • 2 onions
  • 2 avocados
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • extra virgin olive oil.

Preparation

First we spread the toast with garlic and put it in the bottom of the dish.
Then peel the avocados and cut into small pieces, placing them on the bread.
Then put the Iberian Ham on top.
Cut the onion into strips and add to salad.
Aliñamos with a little oil and serve.

Recipe 2

Ingredients 4 serves

  • 12 thin slices of Iberian Ham.
  • 3 ripe avocados.
  • 1 onion.
  • 3 eggs.
  • 6 tablespoons virgin olive oil.
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar.
  • Salt
  • black pepper.

Preparation

Boil the eggs in a saucepan for 10 minutes.
When the facts are put in a bowl of very cold water, and peel.
Peel avocados and cut them in half. We removed the bone and cut into slices.
We placed eggs, and cold, chopped onion, oil and vinegar in a bowl and mix everything in a blender. Add salt and pepper.
We place the slices of Iberian Ham on a platter and put the slices of avocado in the center.
We put the sauce on top and garnish with a little paprika and a sprig of perejil
