INGREDIENTES 6 serves

  • 2 melons,
  • 500 grams of bread,
  • 2 tablespoons almond flour
  • 1/2 liter of Vichy water,
  • 1/4 pint of cream,
  • 1/2 liter of broth of ham,
  • 12 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar and salt.

Preparation

Mix the bread crumbs with the cream.
Peel the melon, remove seeds and pass them through the blender.
Join the ham broth, cream and melons. Add two
tablespoons almond flour, vinegar, salt, oil and
Vichy, and pass everything through the blender. Let it cool.

Serve in bowl or cup. When serving, add a ball
melon and shavings of Iberian ham.
