
INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 kg potatoes
- Nutmeg
- 150 gr. Iberian ham Oil
- 50 gr. lard Salt
- 3 eggs
- breadcrumbs
- Cream
PREPARATION:
Once we have cooked whole potatoes in salted water, peel and crush.
Then mix them with a little butter and cream, and add to this mass three egg yolks and a little grated nutmeg.
When the paste is well worked, we add the egg whites until stiff and knead well again.
Then we make beads with it, and inside each put a bit of ham mixed.
Finally, wrap the balls in bread crumbs and fry in abundant oil and hot.
